Terms of Service

Japnify Studio provides a done-for-you short-form video editing and content repurposing service. Services are provided through direct studio communication and curated outreach workflows during this MVP phase. Upon receiving your source material and confirmed payment, we produce edited short-form clips, highlight videos, hooks, captions, and formatted outputs based on the agreed scope.

You must be at least 18 years old to engage our services. By submitting an inquiry you represent that all information provided is accurate and that you have the authority to enter into this agreement.

By submitting video content you confirm that:

• You own or have all necessary rights to the content submitted.
• The content does not infringe any third-party copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right.
• The content is not illegal, defamatory, obscene, harmful, or in violation of any applicable law.

You retain full ownership of your original source content and all edited clips we deliver. We do not claim any ownership or license over your content beyond what is strictly necessary to fulfil your order.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order if submitted content violates these Terms, without refund where processing has already commenced.

You may not submit content that:

• Is owned by a third party without appropriate authorisation
• Contains illegal material including but not limited to child exploitation material, incitement to violence, or fraud
• Depicts or promotes hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
• Violates any applicable federal, state, or local law

All prices are in USD. Payment terms are confirmed directly with the studio before production begins. Processing starts only after payment confirmation. We do not offer subscriptions; engagements are handled as one-time project scopes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All sales are final. Refunds are not issued once production has commenced unless there is a material failure to deliver the agreed-upon output. Revisions are included with every order and are the primary remedy for dissatisfaction.

We aim to deliver completed clips within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on order volume, source video quality, or content complexity. We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.

Each agreed scope includes a defined number of revision rounds. Revision requests must be submitted by email or direct studio communication within 14 days of delivery. Revisions are limited to adjustments of the delivered clips — they do not entitle you to entirely new clips or a reprocessing of the source video.

We create clips optimised for engagement on short-form platforms. We make no guarantee of views, follower growth, virality, or any specific performance outcome. Results depend on many factors outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Japnify Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service or any delivered content. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
